SFL INSTITUTE OF HEARING SCIENCES is the institution under the banner of UZMI Foundation, committed for the cause of Education and Rehabilitation by producing Manpower with affiliated Diploma and Degree program to cater services for the children and adults with hearing disability in all over India.
UZMI Foundation is extending its services for the last 6 years for the hearing-impaired population and low socio-economic background individuals. As a part of man power development services, this institute initiated different short terms certificate programs in 2023 and planned to start D.H.L.S. 1 year and B. ASLP 4 years Rehabilitation professional course during the academic year 2024-25.
This course to be approved by the State Government and Recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi.(A Statutory body under the ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.) and yet to Affiliate with to Indraprastha University.In order to produce Audiologists, cum Speech & Language Pathologists, Audiometrist, Hearing Instruments Specialist, more in number as there is a huge demand in India.
Since, this is One and simultaneous, Four years Rehabilitation professional course, the RCI [Rehabilitation Council of India]-New Delhi are chosen in order to provide quality services to our clinics throughout India, and creating appropriate higher education professionals with opportunity to work forHearing Impaired individuals.
Our Mission
To sensitize the general public, Govt., non Govt., parents of disabled children and people or relatives of hearing impaired individuals to provide quality of Clinical Services, Education and Quality of Life. And to run manpower and research development programme in the field of audiology rehabilitation.
